Life's little subtleties......From Beijing | Written by 【 Uniquely XC™ 】
"Une partie"Taking off in a giant tube with 9 seats abreast watching sweeny todd as we take off to 35,000ft, Singapore became a small little dot and eventually disappeared as we head towards a new life, a life in the distant city of Beijing.
Other than a lack of choice in our meals onboard which deprived us the chance to taste the WORLD FAMOUS smoked salmon of Singapore Airlines, the flight was rather unevenful and we soon arrived at terminal 3 of Beijing airport.
1) It is so f**king big
2) the queue in the immigration is extremely efficient and fast...for PRC returning to China that is.
3) we have to tae a 5 minutes train ride to take our baggage, that is how expansive the terminal is.
Checked into our dorms, realised it is not bad at all : )
went to buy SIM Card, groceries, bread, bla bla bla, the usual subtleties of life
"Segunda Parte" coming up soon.....
