just a small update | Written by 【 Uniquely XC™ 】

Haiz, havent been really active on facebook and my blog recently.

School has started and that means throwing all our computer games, movies and outings aside and start mugging full steam. Lectures, tutorial, everything is piling up really quick and if you dont start mugging now and clearing up your doubts, its hard to imagine what happens during exams.

I feel that I am a changed person, no longer someone that throws his notes all over my room, Im now very peculiar about neatness in my room.....is that a sign of obsessive compulsive disorder. surely hope not......

Started to make my own notes for econs and bio with advice from our ct, planned to embark on chem and math as well, but as of now, there is nothing much taught that needs to be condensed to studyable forms yet.......

Am I a mugger or am I still the 【 Uniquely XC™ 】I used to be?

Looking back, where it all started | Written by 【 Uniquely XC™ 】

Orientation has finally drew to a grand close yesterday and it would be back to extreme mugging starting from next week. All these memories and time we spent with with our OGs and CTs are certainly valuable and priceless, and so it is most appropriate to write down this piece of my life on my blog

Day 1
Frankly speaking, I was really apprehensive about my OG when the list is first placed on the emb. I was like 'WTH, how come I am the only one from my sec 4 class in OG 8 where other OGs have 2 and even 3 ppl from same class?!'
Not a really good start to my orientation then.....

To make it worst, I have to go off in the middle of ice breakers, so towards the end of the day, I didnt really know my OG mates very well. At least one of them, Qiuhan, waved to me when she saw me waiting for my bus (I still remembered). That certainly made me realise how awesome this OG is...

Day 2
The first OG games session happened today, played games such as Quidditch, giant baseball, Eagle chicken egg, and three legged soccer and some other game which requires piggy-backing

Certainly, these games allowed me to know more people from my OG. OG wasnt that bad after all....

Day 3
CCA Exhibition, nothing much to talk about, since my CCA is already confirmed, Our first OG Dinner at KAP, must say we didnt really talk a lot and many people were left out of the conversation and just stoning. Guess we still havent really opened to each other yet...

Day 4
Wet Games!!!! Yeah, played games like human fooseball, some sliding game, waterbomb game and some ping pong game.really made our OG even more bonded and created new friendships that hopefully would last a lifetime. Went to pizza hut for dinner, this time the atmosphere was much different played games after realising that we cannot finish the food and gossiped all the way till around 9.30pm.

Definitely, we have become friends now after 4 days together

Day 5

Its the last day as our OG and the atmosphere is starting to be a bit dreart as all of us do not want to part . Its another day of wet games, Climbing under tables, scissors paper stone, human dogeball and slippery slope (Didnt get to play it due to rain ARGHHH).

The last hours of us being as an OG was filled with picture taking and last minute lame games such as passing some brouchure along and when someone speaks over the mike, the person holding on to it has to do a forfeit. It was lame, but FUN

The last few minutes were even more emotional as some of us shed tears. Dont worry, we are still in one school and can always meet up :)

The last OG dinner we had, Ajisen Ramen, again chatted until 10pm! When will be the next OG dinner, next week, next month, next year or never?

Lets hope for the former...

I would post the CT week if I feel like it...

Reflect back | Written by 【 Uniquely XC™ 】

you know, its hard to believe, but after so many days post OG, I still miss my OG mates a lot. They have attained a special place in my heart, as the first best friends made in JC and that is something no one can replace. We chat, gossip and niao together and we have FUN together. Unfortunately, this is something that we have yet to achieve in my CT, but at least we are trying

Started my first 'sharing' session with Jia Xi, Geena (Thanks for the lift on Wednesday) and Jocelyn today, talked about all the weird people in High school just like what we did in OG

Had fun practising our class performance, a fairy tale mix up

I think our CT is definitely heading in the right direction to greater bonding and stronger friendship among us. With 2 more years ahead together, Im sure we can stick together and enjoy the times

09S7E, live loud, live proud

P.S But I still think my OG mates are the BEST!! OG 08!!

OG | Written by 【 Uniquely XC™ 】

The 5 days as as an OG is certainly short and it would not be long to realise that the 5 days are really too short . Just as we started to become friends and buddies, it is time that we say goodbye to each other.

Having spent 5 days together playing games, having OG dinners and just gossiping around is something that we all thoroughly enjoyed. IT is not something that words can describe, when you are with the og, u would have the feeling that you belonged and you are a team.

Next week we will be separated into our CT classes, lets all hope for the best and continue to keep in touch ok? More OG lunches and dinners pls

Lets keep the OG08 spirit ALIVE!
