After visiting the falls and downtown Toronto, we left the largest city of Canada and headed for Vancouver, a coastal city that is a 5 hours flight from Toronto. Being in a different timezone from Toronto, it lags by 3 hours and it was necessary for our body clock to adapt again to the timing.Similar to Toronto, Vancouver has a large Chinese population, hence you can see chinese restaurants, chinese barbers, chinese banks, chinese pharmacies, chinese family doctors, pretty much every kind of shop has a chinese version in Vancouver. Japanese sushi bars are also littered in and around the downtown area as well.
Stayed at the Fairmont Waterfront, it's a hotel located just on the banks of some lake (forgot the name), but the view out of the hotel room is really amazing. Being a 5 star hotel, there are the usual amenities, LCD TV, High speed internet, climate control, minibar with coffee maker, daily provision of newpapers and fruits......
walked around the city, did some shoppping and eating,. Frankly speaking, there isnt much to see in Vancouver city itself, except to shop and eat

There are simply never enough words to describe the majestic falls. Took about 2 hours on car to get there, but the long and tiring journey was definitely worth it once we had seen the falls. It is nothing like what the TV and documentary have shown. To experience it yourself is a completely exhilarating experience. Took the famous 'Maid of the Mist' ship into the middle of the Horseshoe falls, the water was splashing from all around onto the boat, this is very much a once in a lifetime opportunity to see the falls.Pictures would be uploaded soon on my Facebook account. Look out for them
