Went for cashflow competition on friday, skipped chem tutorial and half of math lecture to go to millenia walk only to reallise that the competition was delayed and we will only be started around 3.45pm, meaning we could have gone for chem tutorial and still be early -.-The prelims were really easy to pass, some of the groups did not even know how to play the game at all, e.g buying 1 share the peak price haha! Almost everyone in our class managed to scrape through into the semi finals. but the semi finals is another completely different story already...
the good stuff first, went for breakfast with l, c, j, s and her japanese exchange friend at serene macs, bought a big hotcakes with sausage and ended up playing with the hotcakes, making it into a nice and romantic shape, pictures coming soon....
Mugged in school after that with s and j after we decided not to go for cip cause it was too late, talked a bit of crap and studied mostly till 12 before going to millenia walk for the competition, had a small squabble over where to have lunch. I still cant stand hawker centre!!!!
Semi finals, it was all out war, people were cheating and trying all kinds of ways to win the gain and get into the finals lor. Despite winning at our table our timing was still too slow to make it into the finals, haiz hard luck. But at least I realised my luck was super good la. two days, same dream, same way of reaching. Jon was having bad luck, got out of rat race later and had problems hitting his dream. BUT my lucky hand helped him throw and got his dream in the second try YAY a better performance that yesterday but still not enough =.=
but overall it was a fun experience, now can SOMEONE PLS GO TO THE LUCKY DRAW WITH ME??
